Cisco Systems continually enhances its software offerings via major new versions and minor patches and service releases. Clients contemplating an upgrade often have questions such as:

Our group's Upgrade Experience dates back over a decade, and ranges from the very earliest Cisco ICM version 2.x through the most current versions. We have completed enterprise application upgrades for many of Cisco's largest contact center clients. We will perform either a 'Common Ground Upgrade', in place on the existing hardware, or a 'Technology Refresh', where new software versions are installed on new hardware.
